Purchasing a ticket/tickets is done as follows:
- Go to the "Tickets" page and select the desired ticket by clicking on it.
- Once opened, select the quantity from the dropdown menu and click "Buy."
(Repeat steps 1 and 2 until all desired tickets have been added to your cart.)
- To finalize your order, click on the "Add to card" button in your cart.
- You will be directed to a page where you must enter important information, including your name and email.
*Important: Please review your email for errors. If there is an error, you will not receive your ticket.
- You must agree to the terms and conditions and select a payment method:
5.1. Payment by card (MyPos, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay), the site will transfer you to MyPos' website to make the payment.
5.2. ePay.bg - the site will transfer you to ePay's website to make the payment.
5.3. Easypay - if you choose this payment method, the site will generate a code, and the message will appear as follows: "Your EasyPay payment code is: 'code here.'"
With the payment code, you must go to an "Easypay" office to pay by dictating the code you received.
Regardless of the payment method, when it is successfully completed, you will receive an email that should contain the following information:
Hello, "Your name,"
Your order number (order number) on the Bulgaria Tattoo Expo website was successful. Please download and print your tickets before attending the event.

Your access code is: (access code).
If you did not make such an order, please contact us at email@example.com.
The next step is to follow the address https://www.bulgariatattooexpo.com/en/order, where several fields will open for you to fill in the information you received in the message above. On the first line, write the "order number" from the message. The second line is your email, and the third line is the "access code."
Of course, you will need to prove that you are not a "robot" and are entering to download the ticket(s).
The ticket(s) can be downloaded as a PDF file or in iOS Wallet. You can print the ticket(s) on paper or upload the PDF file to your phone.
When buying a ticket, the visitor undertakes to comply with the internal rules. Every visitor is obliged to keep his ticket until the end of the event. When leaving the hall during an event, re-entry is only possible upon presentation of the ticket. No refunds are given for tickets stolen, lost or damaged by the customer. Violation of the rules of the internal order and the misuse of the ticket are punished with a warning to leave the hall.
It is forbidden to bring easily flammable products, glass bottles, cans, basic or narcotic substances, cold and firearms, as well as other dangerous objects into the event area. Persons who cannot produce a document identifying their identity will not be admitted to the events.
Returning a purchased ticket is only possible if the event does not take place or is postponed. In these cases, the amount printed on the face of the ticket will be refunded. Expenses incurred (for example for travel, hotel, etc.) are not reimbursed.
If you buy a ticket through Izipey, you must receive a receipt. Print your ticket and come to the event. At the entrance there is a person with a barcode reader who scans the ticket and marks it as "Passed".
We give you a bracelet that replaces the ticket and you can do whatever you want. If someone somehow got your ticket (and printed it),
and decided to enter after you, will not succeed because the ticket number is already "Invalid". Please be responsible for your ticket, keep it safe
in a safe place as well as "Your access code".
In case of cancellation of a ticket up to 30 days before the date of the event, we will refund you 80% of the amount you paid. In case of cancellation of a ticket up to 15 days before the date of the event, we will refund you 50% of the amount you paid. For this purpose, you will need to send to our email - firstname.lastname@example.org :
1. a short letter including your current bank details (in order to reimburse you)
2. a copy of the email with "Your access code" as well as the order/invoice number from ePay (scanned receipt in case you
paid at the EasyPay cash desk).
If you bought a ticket with MyPos (with credit, debit card or ApplePay/Google pay), we will need the date of purchase and your names. If we have any questions, we will contact you.
Within 5 (five) business days, we will refund the amounts according to the terms.
When broadcasting the event on television, the visitor gives the relevant media his consent to be filmed with all technical means and
recordings made during or in connection with the event to be used free of charge, without time and place restrictions.
