How to buy a ticket

The process of purchasing ticket(s) is as follows:

1. Go to the "Tickets" page and select the desired ticket by clicking on it.

2. Once it opens, from the dropdown menu, select the quantity and click "Buy."

(Repeat steps 1 and 2 until you have added all desired tickets to your cart.)

3. When you are in the cart and ready to finalize the order, click the "Checkout" button.

4. A page will open where you need to enter important information: your name and email.

*Important: Please review your email for errors. In case of any mistakes, you won't receive your ticket.

5. You must agree to the terms and conditions and choose a payment method:

   5.1. Card Payment (MyPos, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay): The website will redirect you to the MyPos website to complete the payment.

   5.2. ePay.bg: The website will redirect you to the ePay website to complete the payment.

   5.3. Easypay: If you choose this payment method, the website will generate a code, and the message will appear like this: Your payment code for Easypay is: "payment code here."

   With the payment code, you need to visit an "Easypay" office to make the payment by providing the received code.

Regardless of the payment method, once the payment is successfully completed, you will receive an email containing the following information:

Hello "Your Name,"

Your order number (order number) on the Bulgaria Tattoo Expo website has been successful. Please download and print your tickets before attending the event. You can download the tickets from here: https://www.bulgariatattooexpo.com/en/order. Your access code is: (access code) .

If you haven't made such an order, please contact us at info@bulgariatattooexpo.com.

The next step is to follow the address https://www.bulgariatattooexpo.com/en/order, where several fields will open up for filling in the details you received in the above message. On the first line, write the "order number" from the message. On the second line, enter your email, and on the third line, enter the "access code."

Naturally, you will need to prove that you are not a "robot" and are entering to download the ticket(s).

The ticket can be downloaded as a PDF file or to iOS Wallet. You can print the ticket on paper or upload the PDF file to your phone.
